Apologies for the slow posting throughout January and early February. I’ve been prepping for a 9-day trip to London. I thought for a minute about blogging from my journey about all of the fabulous English food (?), but then I thought, “no, I’m on vacation!”

Well, actually, I mostly didn’t feel like taking my laptop out of my carry-on at security.
